Solana (also known as Prema, which is her spiritual name and means divine love) is a certified yoga alliance yoga-meditation teacher, a psychotherapist (Marriage and Family Therapist), a retreat leader and writer.  She is the co-creator of Pranic Flow Yoga and has a private practice in Los Angeles where she works with and serves individual clients, families, couples and adolescents.  Prema’s intention in her work is to support and invoke self-mastery, transformation, growth, creativity, evolution and expansion in her students.  Her goal is to uplift, inspire and empower others toward greater self-awareness and inner truth

Using her unique fusion of yoga, breathwork exercises, vinyasa flow, meditation techniques, mantra, free movement, mindfulness, Himalayan kriya, neuroscience, dance and psychology, Prema aims to integrate mind, body, spirit and breath.  She holds space for her students to become more intimate with their breath, their inner light and their innate wisdom.  Through the practice of being in the here and now, she inspires students to deeply connect to their purpose, joy, greatness, strength, wisdom, compassion and grace.
