Nora started practicing yoga in her dorm room in 2015 while she was struggling with depression and anxiety. But she quickly fell in love with the way the practice connected her to her physical body and her inner self. Wanting to share her evolution through yoga with others, Nora graduated from the teacher training at Veda Yoga Center in Culver City in 2017. She teaches classes that challenge her students to consider the connection between our struggles on the mat and the difficulties we face in everyday life. With an emphasis on working physically hard while doing so in a safe and supportive environment, Nora delivers classes with simple but effective postures that leave you feeling calm and invigorated.
Nora specializes in Vinyasa yoga, but also practices power, sculpt, beginner ashtanga, restorative, and yin.
