Judy was first introduced to yoga in 2012 as a recommendation to wake up on time and combat depression. Over the years, her practice became a fundamental component in her journey of self love, balance, and surrender. It has brought such a positive impact to her life, that she decided to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training and certification in trauma informed yoga.
This fast-paced world is full of uncertainty, and it causes our bodies to endure so much stress and anxiety. It distracts us from living within our bodies and being in the present moment. Judy’s classes focus on creating a space for students to connect with their body, mind, and spirit. It is essential for us to fully connect with ourselves before we can be there for others. Sharing yoga is her form of spreading peace of mind and healing.
